Dosage of chlorella
The recommended daily amount of Chlorella Green Ways is 5 g (20 tablets) for an average healthy adult. Doses can be increased when there is a load. Due to its detoxifying ability, we recommend starting with smaller doses and gradually (during the week after inclusion in the diet) increase. There is no danger of overdosing with Chlorella Green Ways (as with vegetables). You can take the tablets on an empty stomach or during a meal. You can suck them or swallow them whole, or chew them and swallow them. But always drink the pills thoroughly and increase the drinking regime during the day as well. Also, keep at least an hour gap between taking chlorella and oral medications.
