        CBGA and Viruses: Two Oregon universities jointly tested the effectiveness of cannabinoids against the SARxxx virus.

        CBGA and diabetes: A study published in the journal Fitoterapia looked at the effects of a cannabis strain high in CBGA on the aldose reductase enzyme, a molecule that has been linked to diabetes.

        CBGA and Metabolism: A 2019 study published in the journal Biochimica et Biophysica Acta details cellular research that suggests the compound may bind to peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs), which are associated with metabolism

        CBGA and cancer: Israeli research tested "unheated hemp extracts (C2F), fraction 7 (F7) and fraction 3 (F3)" on colon cancer cells.
