        Suggested use (traditional herbal decoction)

We recommend infusing the bark powder in a tea bag or strainer, rather than consuming the raw powder directly.

        Traditional preparation:

        1. Place about 1 level teaspoon of Vilcacora powder
into a fine cotton tea bag or metal tea strainer.

        2. Pour over hot (not boiling) water – about 200–250 ml.

        3. Let steep for at least 15 minutes (you can leave it longer for a stronger taste).

        4. Remove the bag/strainer and drink the infusion.

You can drink it on its own or combine it with other herbs according to your preferences.
