Jedno z mojich najobľúbenejších. Uvoľňuje ma fyzicky a pomáha dostať sa podrobnostiam vysvetľujúcim čo robím, keď konám. Zvedomnenie pohnútok/úmyslu za konaním mi pomáha meniť postoj k sebe. A to je ďalšia línia uvoľnenia. Stáva sa mi, že pristupujem k rituálu s nejakým zámerom a Aya mi prinesie videnie niečoho iného, v konečnom dôsledku dôležitejšieho.

One of my favourites. It relaxes me physically and helps me get to the details explaining what I'm doing when I act. Awareness of the motives/intent behind the action helps me change my attitude towards myself. And that's another line of relaxation. I happen to approach a ritual with an intention and Aya will bring me to see something else, ultimately more important.

Ano, zatial na sebe vidim pozitivne ucinky. Paci sa mi, ze cloveka to neuvedie do stavu, ked mu mysel odleti niekam, ale prave naopak, pomaha mi to najst sameho seba, najst pokoj a vratit ma to blizsie k "domovu", tam kde patrim, bez toho aby to male nejake negativne ucinky alebo aby som si vytvoril nejaku zavislost. Paci sa mi ta cistota. Ako vravite, chce to prax, zatial sa s rapé spoznavame, skusam spravne davkovanie aj aplikaciu, snazim sa, aby to bola taka mala ceremonia, meditacia, aby som na to mal vytvoreny priestor a podmienky. Niekedy mam pocit, ze ten pokoj nepride hned, ale az v priebehu dna alebo na druhy den. Ja viem, ze tie starosti a ulohy ktore pred sebou mam nezmiznu, ale Rapé akokeby mi vravelo "nemysli na to, zvladnes to" a to mi usetri mnoho negativnych myslienok a zbytocneho strachu z veci, ktore sa ani nestanu. A tym mozem zit viac v pritomnosti a vidiet a citit veci, ktore by som inak nevidel, pre tie negativne myslienky.
